I’ve ordered from tikipets.com a few times now, and every order has arrived looking and smelling really fresh. My cats can be picky, but they go for this food right away, which says a lot. I also haven’t had anything show up looking old, dry, or questionable, so I feel good about giving it to them. So far, I’ve had a really solid experience and would be comfortable ordering again.

I had a tiny issue with my order, and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was really friendly and didn’t make it a big thing at all. They sorted it out without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

My cat actually finishes all of this food, which doesn’t always happen. My sister was over and even commented that it looked a lot more moist than some of the other foods I’ve tried. It doesn’t have that dried-out look at all, and he seems to be drinking a little less from his bowl since eating it. So far, I’m really happy with it.

I’m not totally sold yet. It’s not bad or anything, but I’m still figuring out if I can really trust it. Kinda mixed feelings rn.

I switched my cat over to Tiki Pets after dealing with soft poop and him being super picky with food. It took about a week, but he’s eating a lot better now and the litter box is way less gross. His coat looks nicer too, which I wasn’t really expecting. I’m happy with it so far.

I liked that the ingredients looked clean, and my cat was into it right away. The whole process was super easy too, which made it even better.

The box was sturdy and everything arrived in great shape, no leaks, no dents, nothing damaged. It feels good ordering from a company that takes the time to pack things properly. That kind of care is just the right way to treat customers. Happy with it.

My cat is usually into wet food, but I had a feeling this one might be too watery just from the look of it, and yeah, that’s exactly how it turned out. It was really mushy and soupy, not the kind of texture she normally goes for. She sniffed it, took a tiny bite, and basically ignored the rest. Maybe some cats like it that way, but this just confirmed for me that she’s not a fan of the super soft, watery stuff.

I grabbed a few cans for my ridiculously picky cat, not really expecting much because she usually does the whole sniff-and-walk-away routine...
But the tuna and chicken ones were basically gone in no time. She was licking the plate like I’ve been starving her or something, which is very dramatic, very her...

i’m just glad I found flavors she’ll actually eat. There’s not a ton more to say, she made her opinion clear..

The food tasted good, but the portions felt small for the price. Also, my order looked like it had been handled carelessly, with everything kind of shifted around in the container. Not a terrible experience, but definitely a little disappointing.

I’ve been ordering from tikipets.com mostly because they actually have a ton of flavors and textures, not just the same three “premium” recipes with fancy wording slapped on the label. My cats are annoyingly picky and get bored fast, so being able to switch between fish, chicken, broths, and different styles has been really helpful.
The site was easy enough to use, and I found a few things I don’t usually see in stores. Some flavors were completely ignored, but that’s cats being cats. I don’t really trust overly polished pet food claims, so I mostly judge by whether my cats eat it, and overall the variety has been a win...

I’m annoyed it took this long to find cat food with decent ingredients that my cat actually likes. I blame the other brands for wasting my time and money with stuff she’d sniff once and walk away from. Since switching to this, she seems healthier and actually finishes her meals, so at least this one is doing something right...

My order arrived right on time and was packed really well. Everything came in great shape, so I’d definitely recommend ordering from them.

I like the site overall and it’s easy enough to use, but the items I was looking for were out of stock again. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but it makes it feel like the popular stuff is often sold out

I started ordering from tikipets.com because I wanted to be more thoughtful about what I was feeding my cat. If I’m responsible for her health, it only feels right to give her food with real protein instead of just grabbing whatever is easiest. The labels are clear, which made it simple to compare options without feeling like I had to decode everything.

Since switching, she seems fuller and definitely has more energy. She’s usually picky and suspicious of anything new, but she actually eats the chicken and fish flavors without me having to mix in extras or convince her. That alone made me feel like I made a good call.
It’s not the cheapest cat food out there, but I’m okay paying a bit more when it feels like the better and more responsible choice for her. Shipping was smooth, and overall I’ve been really happy with the order. 5 stars from me.
